- A futures commission merchant whose stock has not been publicly issued, when carrying out the public announcement and reporting of financial reports pursuant to Article 24, paragraph 1 of the Regulations Governing Futures Commission Merchants, shall transmit the relevant information to the information reporting website designated by the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC). Upon completion of such transmission, the public announcement and reporting shall be deemed to have been completed in accordance with the applicable requirements. The same applies to the filing of attachments related to financial reports.
- The information reporting website designated by the FSC as referred to in the preceding point is the "Futures Commission Merchant Management System — Media Reporting Operations" website (https://report.taifex.com.tw/).
- This Order is effective from fiscal 2026. The 17 June 2023 FSC Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Futures-11203826483 is repealed from fiscal 2026.
