Where an OTC listed company applies for OTC listing of new shares issued for capital increase and the shares are of the same class already listed, case handlers shall examine the submitted photocopy of the amended company registration documents, stock certificate specimen, and other documents for completeness, and publicly announce the OTC listing in accordance with Article 15 of the GreTai Securities Review Regulations. |
