Content	Order of the Financial Supervisory Commission Issue date: 26 December 2025 Issue no.: Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Firms-11403856097 The names and formats of the forms and tables of financial reports of securities firms are adopted pursuant to Article 38 of the Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Securities Firms. The financial reports of securities firms shall disclose information in accordance with the formats set out hereunder, and shall be prepared in accordance with the Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Securities Firms. This Order is effective from this day forward. The 10 February 2025 Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Firms-11403803264 of the Financial Supervisory Commission is repealed from this day forward.
