- The names and formats of the forms and tables of financial reports of futures commission merchants (FCMs) are adopted pursuant to Article 40 of the Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Futures Commission Merchants.
- The financial reports of FCMs shall disclose information in accordance with the formats set out hereunder, and shall be prepared in accordance with the Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Futures Commission Merchants.
- This Order is effective from this day forward. The 10 February 2025 Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Firms-11403803266 of the Financial Supervisory Commission is repealed from this day forward.
