- The names and formats of the forms and tables of financial reports of securities firms are adopted pursuant to Article 38 of the Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Securities Firms, for application commencing from the preparation of the fiscal 2024 financial reports.
- The financial reports of securities firms shall disclose information in accordance with the formats set out hereunder, and shall be prepared in accordance with the Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Securities Firms.
- This Order is effective from this day forward. The 26 January 2024 Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Firms- 11303800014 of the Financial Supervisory Commission is repealed from this day forward.
