- This Order is issued pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 4 of the Regulations Governing Offshore Securities Branches.
- An offshore securities branch's monthly balance sheets and monthly and quarterly business statements (are as shown in the attachment).
- An offshore securities branch, within 10 days after the end of each month and each quarter, shall file the statements referred to in the preceding paragraph through the One-Stop Window for Securities Firm Filings.
- After any foreign currency derivatives trade is executed, an offshore securities branch shall file the relevant information pursuant to the Taipei Exchange Administrative Directions for the Financial Derivatives Trade Repository.
- This Order is effective from this day forward. The 1 October 2025 Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Firms-1140384507 of the Financial Supervisory Commission is repealed from this day forward.
