Undertaking to Take Out Liability Insurance for Directors of the Company
Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation
In connection with its application for listing its securities on Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation, the Company hereby undertakes to maintain liability insurance for its directors for the period its securities are listed on the TWSE and understands that the TWSE will halt the trading of its TWSE-listed securities in accordance with the Operating Rules if the Company violates this undertaking and fails to rectify within the time limit prescribed by the TWSE.
