Public Announcement of the Financial Supervisory Commission

- Under Article 21 of the Regulations Governing Securities Firms (hereinbelow, the "Regulations"), a Taiwan branch of a foreign securities firm shall publicly announce and submit to the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) its financial reports prepared in accordance with Taiwan's Regulations Governing the Preparation of Financial Reports by Securities Firms. Additionally, under paragraph 4 of the same article of the Regulations, it shall submit to the FSC the financial reports of its head office audited and attested by certified public accountants, within 1 month after the provision thereof under the relevant laws and regulations of the competent authority of its head office.
- This Order is effective from this day forward. The 5 May 1995 Letter No. (84)-Taiwan-Finance-Securities-(2)-01059 and 17 October 1995 Letter No. (84)-Taiwan-Finance-Securities-(2)-53171 of the former Securities and Futures Commission, Ministry of Finance shall, pursuant to the 22 August 2022 Letter No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Firms-11103829015 of the Financial Supervisory Commission, cease to apply from this day forward.
