- A securities firm accepting orders to trade securities may accept netting settlement by a customer after the offsetting of margin purchases and short sales of the same type of securities through the same account on the same day, without being subject to the application of the main provision of Article 37, subparagraph 6 of the Regulations Governing Securities Firms.
- This Order is effective from this day forward. The 28 December 1993 Letter No. (82)-Taiwan-Finance-Securities-(2)-02850 of the former Securities and Futures Commission, Ministry of Finance shall, pursuant to the 22 August 2022 Letter No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Firms-11103829015 of the Financial Supervisory Commission, cease to apply from this day forward.
